Bill Tapp

Bill Tapp currently serves as the National Director for the College of Direct Support.  It was through his eight-year tenure as the development director for a provider agency that he saw the need to professionalize the direct support workforce to a National Standard of excellence.  A native of East Tennessee, Bill serves on several community boards as well as the ANCOR Foundation Board of Trustees.
