ANCOR Welcomes New Platinum Partner: Social Solutions, Inc.

August 25, 2009 - Renee Pietrangelo, ANCOR's CEO is pleased to announce a newly formed partnership between ANCOR and Social Solutions, Inc. As a Platinum level partner, Social Solutions will make its Efforts to Outcomes (ETO) software available to ANCOR members at a discounted rate, with pre-defined templates and reports which feed directly into the Performance Excellence Initiative jointly managed by ANCOR and DEYTA. Pietrangelo said, "This ground breaking initiative reduces paperwork and administration, while improving the quality of services provided by ANCOR member organizations. In addition, it contributes directly to the quality of support and service improvements encouraged by ANCOR's Performance Excellence Initiative (PEI) Quality Framework" said ANCOR CEO Renee Pietrangelo. "This helps ANCOR to meet its core goal of increasing the capacity of its member organizations and the people they serve, while also supporting important national initiatives, such as the Core Indicators quality framework for states espoused by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS)."

Through this program, direct service providers will be able to assess consumer needs and gather point of service information in the form of efforts and outcomes (ETO). They will also have access to standardized assessments, service plans, and a history of services provided, as appropriate, for the people they serve. Member organizations will be able to participate in a nationally recognized benchmarking program without additional overhead, using the effort and outcome information.

"ANCOR members will be able to measure and improve the effectiveness of their human service efforts with this program," says Matt Schubert, CEO of Social Solutions. "For the thousands of public and private organizations already using ETO, we have seen a remarkable improvement in program effectiveness and quality, a dramatic increase in funding, and a significant decrease in manual reporting efforts.
